Faculty Activities Data: Telling Y(Our) Story

Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures) by Watermark is our faculty activities system. This system enables individual faculty members and the University as a whole to promote and report accomplishments and activities. The system is fully customizable, designed to organize and report on your research/creative activities, teaching and service accomplishments. All paid faculty in Academic Affairs are invited to use Faculty Success to report their accomplishments and activities - to tell their story.

A key goal in implementing this system is to bring faculty activity data in from existing campus systems where possible -- to maximize the "enter once, use many times" philosophy. 

As use of the system continues to expand in the coming years, activity data will support promotion, tenure, USM/state reporting, recognition, and accreditation. Where feasible, the system will also integrate with faculty web profiles.

Faculty Success eliminates periodic, recurring requests for infomation on your activities and accomplishments. Faculty can generate up-to-date CVs as well as annual and merit review reports.
