Configured Reports in Faculty Success

Faculty Success offers three types of reports - full-service configured reports, raw data exports and user-designed reports using the self-service reporting tool. 

Below is the list of full-service reports that are available in Faculty Success and have been configured for use here at the University of Maryland. Most full-service reports offer Word, PDF and HTML output formats; where other format options exist, they are noted.

Reports Available to Faculty

These reports are available to faculty users in Faculty Success:

  • Annual Activity Report
  • Annual Activity Report (Interactive)
  • Multi-Year Activity Report
  • Biographical Sketches
  • NSF Collaborators & Other Affiliations Information (.xls)
  • Publication and Presentation Counts (.xls, .doc)
  • Student Feedback Report
  • University CV

Additionally, Extension has a set of Extension reports for faculty members' use.

Reports Available to Administrators

In addition to the reports listed above, Faculty Success users with an administrative role in the system have access to the following reports:
