DRUM Integration

In accordance with the  University of Maryland Policy for Equitable Access to Scholarly Articles Authored by University Faculty, IV-6.00(A), if you have a journal article, you can upload a copy of the Author Accepted Manuscript (not the final published version of the article) to Faculty Success. The University Libraries will make it accessible to the public through the Digital Repository at the University of Maryland (DRUM). Uploading your paper signifies your agreement to the DRUM Distribution License. 

Simply navigate to the associated Publications activity entry, and scroll down to the Supplemental Documentation section of the screen. Upload the author-accepted manuscript and check the box labeled 'Author-Accepted Manuscript for DRUM' and save the changes.

All uploaded documents with this checkbox checked will be exported to the DRUM system on a biweekly basis. You will receive notification from the Libraries once your article has been deposited in DRUM.
