TerrapinSTRONG Symposium - Day 2

The TerrapinSTRONG Symposium provides an opportunity for faculty and staff to learn from one another about scholarship, skills, and strategies to foster a more inclusive community for our students, staff, and faculty members.

Our third annual event theme is Navigating Change: Turning Disruption into Direction.

This year's TerrapinSTRONG Symposium focuses on the experience of individuals, leaders, and institutions managing change and finding ways to push through fear and freeze to continue moving forward. Sessions range from the rapidly changing landscape of AI to panel discussions with those who have led institutions through change in the past, to ways to creatively work through our responses to change through movement and the arts.
