A Mentoring Program by and for PTK Faculty

The goal of this session will be for participants to understand why the Department of English created a PTK mentoring program, how we set it up, how it works, and who it supports. By sharing about our case, we hope that other units might be interested in thinking of ways to support their faculty through a mentoring program that is uniquely suited to their particular context.
