Configured Reports in Faculty Success

Faculty Success offers three types of reports - full-service configured reports, raw data exports and user-designed reports using the self-service reporting tool. 

Below is the list of full-service reports that are available in Faculty Success and have been configured for use here at the University of Maryland.

Reports Available to Faculty

These reports are available to faculty users in Faculty Success:

  • Annual Activity Report
  • Multi-Year Activity Report
  • Biographical Sketches
  • Publication and Presentation Counts
  • University CV

Additionally, Extension has a set of Extension reports for faculty members' use.

Reports Available to Administrators

In addition to the reports listed above, Faculty Success users with an administrative role in the system have access to the following reports:

  • Academic Degrees Earned
  • Awards and Honors
  • Biography and Expertise by Faculty
  • Contracts, Grants and Sponsored Research by Faculty
  • Creative Scholarship by Faculty
  • DEI Report
  • Editorial and Review Activities by Faculty
  • External and Community Service by Faculty
  • Faculty/Staff Directory
  • Media Appearances and Interviews by Faculty
  • Presentations by Faculty (.xls)
  • Publications by Faculty
  • Scheduled Teaching by Faculty
  • Summary Activity (.xls, .doc, .pdf)
