Elements of the Dossier

OFA provides a transmittal form for research and instructional promotion cases. Not all elements will be applicable for all promotion cases; rather, note which materials are required depending on the candidate’s role and duties (i.e., research or instructional). Candidates with primarily administrative roles should include elements for which their role is of service (e.g., research for lab manager, or instructional for program director). Depending on the candidate’s faculty role, the dossier will contain the following elements:
