Use the links below to login to the online systems managed by the Office of Faculty Affairs.

  • Appointments, Promotions, and Awards

    Administrators and unit business office staff use the APA System to create cases for tenure and promotion, whether TTK or PTK. The system is also used to record nominations to various university level awards. Finally, faculty administrators can use the system to record faculty mentoring assignments, and to upload various unit documentation. 

  • Faculty Contracts System

    Use the Faculty Contracts System for creating contracts for PTK and adjunct faculty. The system is also available for creating non-paid foreign invitation letters. Finally, faculty and administrators can sign contracts in the system.

  • Leave Portal

    Use the Leave Portal to request sabbatical leave, leave without pay, or tenure delays. Faculty administrators also use the Leave Portal to take action on leave requests.

  • Review Portal

    The Review Portal provides faculty administrators with information about who in their units is due for review, and also allows them to record those reviews. 

  • Summer Research Tracking

    Use this application to record your plan for summer work that will be paid by state funds.
