Nkrumah

Louisa Nkrumah is a Learning Experience Designer at the Teaching & Learning Transformation Center. As a Learning Experience Designer and Faculty Coach, she supports instructors on pedagogical practice, course design and professional development. She also facilitates workshops and learning communities on a variety of teaching and learning topics. Louisa holds an M.Ed. in Training & Development and a B.S. in Applied Behavioral Sciences from Penn State Harrisburg. Louisa enjoys providing knowledge, support, and resources on course design, inclusive and anti-racist pedagogical practices, strategies to improve learner motivation and engagement, designing effective teamwork assignments, using tools in ELMS-Canvas, and cultivating welcoming classroom climates.
