Academic Leadership Program (ALP) and the Department Executive Officer (DEO) Seminars are both part of the Big 10 Academic Alliance. In addition to meeting with their Big 10 colleagues, the scholars also meet on campus throughout the semester to develop leadership skills and learn about how their institution operates.
