We negotiate every day – at the workplace with our employees, coworkers, bosses; out of work with different service providers; and with our partners and even our kids. Although we negotiate constantly, we do so in many cases intuitively without a grounding scientific framework to help us be better negotiators. During this session, we will discuss some practical tools for unlocking the potential of integrative negotiations and creating Win-Win situations across different contexts.
