ADVANCE

The ADVANCE Program supports the recruitment, retention, advancement, and professional growth of a thriving faculty. Each college/school has an ADVANCE Professor, who supports faculty success within their unit. Centrally, ADVANCE offers faculty learning communities based on appointment type and career stage and evidence-based professional development workshops and promotion bootcamps. ADVANCE also supports training and education for faculty search committees and partners with colleges and departments across campus to develop customized unit professional development and resources.
