Center for Leadership & Organizational Change

The Center for Leadership & Organizational Change (CLOC) is the University of Maryland’s primary internal consulting group, composed of senior organizational development practitioners, executive coaches, and leadership educators. Serving faculty and staff, CLOC's work includes strategic planning, leadership and supervisory development, assessment, culture change implementation, employee engagement, conflict resolution, meeting design and facilitation, change and transition management, and individual and group coaching. CLOC facilitates large-scale organizational interventions and also works with units, departments, teams, and individuals.
