The goal of this session will be for participants to understand why the Department of English created a PTK mentoring program, how we set it up, how it works, and who it supports.

PTK faculty's activities and achievements often don't fit naturally into reporting structures built for TTK faculty, such as the Faculty Success portal and unit merit procedures.

In this session, we'll review the key terms (and fine print) of the PTK faculty contract, as well as the policies referenced throughout the contract.

Panelists will share their experiences in creating PTK promotion tracks in their units.
